St. Louis County SAVES™ Residential Energy Efficiency Loan Program
If you’ve been waiting to make those energy efficiency improvements, the St. Louis County SAVES™ (Sustainable and Verifiable Energy Savings) program is now available to help get you started!
With this program, the County of St. Louis, Missouri is offering incredibly low interest loans to St. Louis County single-family homeowners, so you can improve the comfort and energy efficiency of your home.
After an easy, web-based approval process, your 3.5% unsecured, personal loan can be applied to eligible energy efficiency projects ranging from $2,500 – $15,000. Eligible improvements include air-sealing, insulation, and high efficiency HVAC and water heating equipment.*
Home Green Home auditors and staff have participated in training for the St. Louis County SAVES (Sustainable and Verifiable Energy Savings) program and Home Green Home is an authorized contractor for installing the eligible improvements. Additionally, all auditors are certified energy auditors through the Building Performance Institute (BPI).
