–Our HVAC contractor recommended that we have an energy audit by HGH…They found massive energy loss through the attic space when they did the air leakage test and found some other areas of air leakage that I would have never found.
I was very impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of the HGH auditor. HGH gave us advance instructions and information so we knew what they were going to do and why. The auditor was right on time and the auditors wore covers over their shoes to keep our home clean. That kind of thoughtfulness was repeatedly demonstrated by our auditors. Even though I watched everything they did and asked lots of questions, they readily explained what they were doing, why they were doing the tests, and what the tests showed. The HGH recommendations were practical and made good dollar sense on improvement cost versus utility savings.
